James Teaff joined Baxter in 2008 in a Regional marketing position and then moved to Colombia as the Business Unit Director for Hospital Products. In 2013 he was selected to lead Canada’s Renal business and later moved to a senior leadership role in Hospital Products. James is entrenched in Baxter Canada’s operations and is committed to delivering new, better health care solutions and access to care in communities across Canada.  
 
James studied Government at the University of Texas in Austin and received his MBA from Loyola University Chicago in Finance and Marketing. Before Baxter, he helped accelerate growth at large companies, including Procter & Gamble, Bestfoods, and Stryker.
