I definitely see a correlation between volunteering and our mission to save and sustain lives. There isn’t any specific mandate or requirement guiding us to volunteer, however, the nice thing about a company being rooted with a moral obligation of helping people is that a lot of folks choose to offer their time to help others. That’s part of the culture here at Baxter. Our mission helps drive the want and need within our employees to help other people.
